Founded in 2006, Agelio Networks is a privately held corporation based in Dallas, Texas. Our team of employees and advisors bring expertise from the oil and gas industry in addition to the software and services industry. Drawing on experience from these historically separate worlds has enabled us to build solutions unlike anything else in the industry today.

William (Bill) R. Sinclair
Founder and CEO
Bill has been in the software and services business since 1998. His roles have ranged from sales engineering support to information technology and systems (IT/IS) management to network architecture and design. He has worked for, or in conjunction with companies ranging in size from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 organizations including Merrill Lynch, Sun Microsystems and Wells Fargo. His industry experience comprises consumer electronics, business services, travel, hospitality, finance, accounting, law, and oil and gas.
Bill has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas.
Bill serves on the board of the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO).
