Bill Sinclair elected to sit on NARO board of directors

The Denver Business Journal, Rocky Mountain News and The Denver Post recognize Bill's election onto the National Association of Royalty Owners' board of directors.

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ROYALTY OWNERS ELECTS BILL SINCLAIR TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

August 5, 2008 – Bill Sinclair was recently elected to serve on the National Association of Royalty Owners’ (NARO) board of directors. NARO, a nonprofit organization, represents the interests of the more than four million mineral owners in the nation.

As one of the youngest NARO members to ever serve on its board of directors, Sinclair is currently the founder and CEO of Agelio Networks, Inc., a software development company which provides web-based solutions for the oil and gas industry. Its flagship product, MineralFile, released this past February, helps mineral and royalty owners better manage their assets through its patent-pending web-based land and revenue management system.

“We’re delighted to have Bill serve on our board,” said Tina Bonner, board president of NARO. “His enthusiasm, proactive attitude and knowledge acquired through his family’s long history of mineral ownership will surely be an asset to our organization as we strive to bring the latest resources and positive change to mineral and royalty owners nationwide.”

NARO’s mission is to encourage and promote exploration and production of minerals in the United States while preserving, protecting, advancing and representing the interests and rights of mineral and royalty owners through education, advocacy and assistance to its members, NARO chapter organizations, government bodies and the public.
