NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ROYALTY OWNERS ELECTS BILL SINCLAIR TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

August 5, 2008 – Bill Sinclair was recently elected to serve on the National Association of Royalty Owners’ (NARO) board of directors. NARO, a nonprofit organization, represents the interests of the more than four million mineral owners in the nation.

As one of the youngest NARO members to ever serve on its board of directors, Sinclair is currently the founder and CEO of Agelio Networks, Inc., a software development company which provides web-based solutions for the oil and gas industry. Its flagship product, MineralFile, released this past February, helps mineral and royalty owners better manage their assets through its patent-pending web-based land and revenue management system.

“We’re delighted to have Bill serve on our board,” said Tina Bonner, board president of NARO. “His enthusiasm, proactive attitude and knowledge acquired through his family’s long history of mineral ownership will surely be an asset to our organization as we strive to bring the latest resources and positive change to mineral and royalty owners nationwide.”

NARO’s mission is to encourage and promote exploration and production of minerals in the United States while preserving, protecting, advancing and representing the interests and rights of mineral and royalty owners through education, advocacy and assistance to its members, NARO chapter organizations, government bodies and the public.

February 18, 2008 – MineralFile, a first to the industry, web-based software application designed to help mineral owners and land professionals efficiently and effectively manage their assets, recently launched to the public after a virtual ribbon cutting ceremony. People interested in entrepreneur Bill Sinclair’s patent-pending software application can visit agelio.netto learn more and enroll in a FREE 30-day trial of MineralFile. Sinclair’s company, Agelio Networks, was the creator of MineralFile.

MineralFile is a unique web-based land and revenue management system requires no specialized software to buy and maintain and is accessible from virtually any Internet connection. MineralFile, offers easy search capabilities, a seamless retrieval of information via a powerful reporting system, simple options to export reports in common formats, like PDF or Microsoft Excel, revenue and production information tracking and features a consolidated verification report. The application is priced between $5 and $600 per month depending on the amount of information the user inputs into the program. MineralFile operates on a monthly fee and does not require an initiation fee or long-term contractual agreement.

“Thanks to MineralFile, we have saved both time and money managing our mineral interests. Never before has there been an internet-based application like MineralFile that allows our staff to access land and revenue information all in one location,” said Sharon Hudspeth of Castleton Management.

Sinclair’s natural talent for solving technological problems was evident from an early age. Only recently; however, did Sinclair make the decision to form his own software company, Agelio Networks. The company’s Web site supplies information including industry news and trends and serves as an online community for mineral and royalty owners to share ideas and concerns surrounding mineral ownership.

“When I created MineralFile I wanted the application to be user friendly and relevant for everyone whether they owned or managed three wells or 3,000,” said Sinclair. “It’s also important to me that the application can be constantly improved but not require expensive and cumbersome software updates.”

To learn more about MineralFile or Agelio Networks visit agelio.net. The Web site also serves as an online community discussion board, provides software support and contains the latest industry news. Visit the Web site today and enroll in a FREE 30-day trial of MineralFile.

September 6, 2007 –Agelio Networks recently announced its newest product, MineralFile, first of its kind in the oil and gas industry. Developed for the ease of managing mineral rights, MineralFile is a web-based software program for mineral rights owners to electronically manage their land data and royalty revenue including mineral deeds, leases and wells.

While MineralFile will not be available for official membership until October, Agelio welcomes individuals to try the software for a limited time in order to provide feedback before its public launch.

In addition to the tracking capabilities, MineralFile offers the latest news, information and industry trends to its users. The information within MineralFile can help new mineral owners to better understand the oil and gas industry as it pertains to their interests. In fact, user access to forums on Agelio’s Web site, enables them to connect with other mineral owners and industry professionals.

Although the bulk of minerals in the country are owned by the federal and state governments, there are millions of independent and professional owners who seek a hassle-free way to manage their interests. Many people who acquire mineral rights do not know where to turn to track their interests. With MineralFile underway, mineral owners can access the first truly web-based, patent-pending land management system.

“MineralFile will make life easier for mineral owners,” said Bill Sinclair, founder and CEO of Agelio Networks. “All of the comprehensive data mineral owners need, including land and revenue information is stored and searchable in one place, making navigation through the system simple for the user.”

Sinclair founded Agelio Networks in 2006 as a combination of his two passions,
software development and the energy industry. He created MineralFile to ease the burden of owning and managing minerals for individuals and professionals alike. Since 1998, Sinclair’s roles have ranged from sales engineering support to information technology and systems (IT/IS) management to network architecture and design. With Sinclair’s unique combination of expertise, Agelio Networks has the tools to build solutions unlike anything else in the industry today.

To learn more about MineralFile and how to try out the new system, please visit www.agelio.net for registration details.
