MineralFile has several different pricing options, based primarily on the number of assets a user needs to manage in the system. The numbers in the following tables indicate the maximum number of assets a user can have in a given category. For example, John Doe has only one mineral deed and lease but needs to track 150 wells. Multi-User accounts are primarily intended for companies and larger organizations. These accounts enable more than one user to access assets in the account. The account administrator has the ability to set access permissions for each user account. In addition, these accounts can have multiple sub-accounts (groups) for managing minerals under different legal entities or organizational groupings.
